Could you introduce yourself and the company AXICLIM?
I am Cyprien Leduc, the leader of the company for almost a year now. AXICLIM was founded by my father 24 years ago in Arnage, in the Sarthe department. We specialize in climate engineering for both professionals and individuals, hence the name of the company: AXICLIM, focusing on climate! We operate nationwide on commercial and industrial projects, particularly as installers of GTC/GTB systems (Centralized Technical Management/Building Management). Currently, more than 60 employees work at AXICLIM, including a team of 26 technicians (15 dedicated to installations and 11 to maintenance and troubleshooting), a sales team, a purchasing department, and a digital communication and marketing team, among others.
How many installations do your teams carry out each year?
It's difficult to answer this question because 90% of our turnover comes from professionals, such as industrial clients, tenders, public contracts, etc. An installation for a professional client can represent several hundred thousand euros, so it's not representative to talk in terms of the number of installations in this sector. However, for private clients, we have completed over 5,000 installations in 24 years and continue to perform between 100 and 200 installations per year with the aim of increasing this part of our activity.
Why and how do you offer DECOCLIM to your clients?
DECOCLIM is systematically offered as an option on quotes aimed at private individuals. Indeed, our sales teams present DECOCLIM as a comprehensive solution that meets various needs: aesthetic advantages, acoustic advantages with noise reduction, and installation protection advantages, for example, to prevent children from introducing objects into the heat pump.
You have a strong digital presence, particularly emphasizing installations on social media platforms. Could you tell us more about this?
Indeed, we have a digital communication and marketing department within the company to strengthen our online presence. Today, we are fortunate to benefit from a significant reputation due to the company's 24-year history, but of course, we are always looking to acquire new clients. To achieve this, we rely on our website, SEO, and our daily-updated blog, as well as our social media platforms, which serve as showcases for our projects!
