Alexis and Lilian, 29-year-old passionate young entrepreneurs, met on the benches of school where they both study renewable energies. With 8 years of experience in the field each on their own, they decide to join forces to create their company, AL Air Conditioning in Cormontreuil! Their credo: installation, maintenance and repair of the air/air and air/water heat pump!

For 6 months now they have been ordering DECOCLIM® very regularly from their supplier Clim + in Reims and sharing their installations on social networks. They tell us why!

How did you find out about DECOCLIM®?

Our job is certainly our job but it is above all our passion. We always try to get as much information as possible, whether on the networks, trade fairs, … and it is first of all thanks to the social networks that we got to know the brand. Indeed, we follow certain Instagrammers and YouTubers in the business to always be aware of what is being innovated and we have seen that several of them were installing DECOCLIM®, the advantages for the end customer and the installer looked very interesting.

When we went to the Interclima show last fall, we took the opportunity to visit the brand's stand and there we really discovered the product and we were totally convinced. 


Why and how do you offer DECOCLIM® to your customers?

At first we had trouble selling it, but from the moment we started showing customers photos and videos of the installations before and after the DECOCLIM® was installed, it became very easy to sell it!

We have been offering DECOCLIM® heat pump covers very regularly for 6 months now, this allows us to bring added value to our installations, an aesthetic look, while protecting the unit from external elements, such as snow. For example. Sometimes we even validate quotes with certain customers who have consulted several companies thanks to DECOCLIM®! It's a real plus.

We share our DECOCLIM® installations a lot on social networks and that makes the difference, customers are sensitive to it and ask us the same thing for their homes.

We also offer DECOCLIM® air conditioning covers for sound reduction. Even if the heat pumps on the market today are very quiet, the simple fact of making the unit disappear with DECOCLIM®, psychologically the customer and his neighbors will no longer hear the noise of the engine...  


What are the advantages of the DECOCLIM® product for the installer?

As we said earlier, it allows us to stand out with an aesthetic solution that respects the heat pump. But it can also allow the unit to be installed where it would have been prohibited without the DECOCLIM®.

For example, we were very recently contacted by a client who has a franchise business in the city center with a red facade, he was prohibited from installing an air conditioning unless it was hidden. We had already installed a heat pump and a DECOCLIM® in his home, so he knew the solution. With DECOCLIM® and the possibility of choosing the exact RAL, we were able to install it. This is a project that we signed thanks to DECOCLIM®.

Another advantage of DECOCLIM® is the quality of the products, installation is quick and efficient, whether for single models, double models, accessories such as the rear panel, it is very simple and quick to assemble.
