What are for you, as a installor, the advantages of the Decoclim® product?

Since the arrival of DECOCLIM® products, we have been much easier to integrate outdoor units among customers. The Clim Cache will allow us to support a sale. For aesthetic reasons, many customers do not want an outdoor unit on their balcony. But add a cache, which is quite pretty, clearly helps for sale. This unlocks certain situations. The Decoclim® product helps the customer imagine the outdoor unit on its balcony.

Decoclim® is also very interesting in our work within condominiums. They are quite allergic to the chutes and other external air conditioning units and the Decoclim® product allows you to hide the external units. The projects are much more easily validated in the general condominium meeting. With Decoclim®, we can even offer climators in the colors of the facade desired by the trustee. It’s very comfortable.
And then, it's a great satisfaction for the installer. When we finish the installation of an outdoor unit, it is sure that it is never very beautiful. But it is true that when we put the climal cache, we get rid of and we want to take a photo. We can thus show examples to our future customers. Finally, the assembly of Decoclim® is really facilitated. All of this is very fast and perhaps achieved by an apprentice.
There is another interesting argument for people who have small terraces. A heat pump produces an air flow, hot in summer and cold in winter, which can be quite unpleasant. And with the Cache-Clim Decoclim®, the flow will be directed downwards thanks to the lower vessels. This is a real advantage for our customers.

What are the arguments of DECOCLIM® for the end customer?

Argument No. 1 will be aesthetics. The top of our sales is the white aluminum model that integrates very easily. In addition, there is no maintenance, it is really ideal. Afterwards, for colors, we have very varied requests. It's tailor-made. Recently, to hide an outdoor unit in plants, a client asked us for a green cache. It is a special order that it is quite possible to place with Decoclim®.

Argument No. 2 is the reduction in sound emissions. Generally, I am the one who talks about it to the customer. We explain that putting a Decoclim® cache considerably reduces noise. When we try with or without the clim cache, we really hear the difference. In co -ownership, the customer feels more like having a storage chest than an air conditioner, so it is both aesthetic and discreet.

How do you offer your customers to decoclim®?

When we perform the customer's estimate, we systematically put Decoclim® in suggestion. Also, when a customer does not really know where to put his outdoor unit, he is offered. Sometimes also, when we are going to repair or interview, we put Decoclim® as an option in the quote. It happens that our maintenance technicians have two or three climators in their truck to be able to offer them.

The very clear and very practical website, we enter the dimensions of the outdoor unit and we are automatically told the size of the cache to be controlled.
